At the beginning, people used to say to me :
“Micas stop making your clown in front of the camera…”
I decided not to listen to them…
Now, they’re telling me : “Respect for what you achieved! ”.
If you don’t trust yourself, no one will…
All grown-ups were once children,
but only few of them remember it.
During my Bachelor’s Degree in Psycho-Educational Support in Brussels, I completed an enriching internship at Tenison Woods College in Australia, where I deepened my understanding of intrinsic motivation and inclusion.
Following that, I spent time in France and Spain as a camp counsellor, where I developed a keen interest in social identity and group belonging.
Seeking new challenges, I pursued my Master’s Degree in Education & Training with a focus on Social & Cultural Development at the University of Lisbon and completed an impactful internship in Brazil, working with street Favelas children and teenagers.
My journey as a content creator and trainer trully started in Brazil, where I worked with children and teenagers on the street, using Paulo Freire’s and Augusto Boal’s methodologies.
I also studied Cinema where I started to understand Stanislavsky, Adler and Meisner and started content creation with a viral video that reached over
4 million views on YouTube.
Since then, I have been working as a social worker, a language teacher, and a pedagogue in different countries and contexts, always using creative and innovative approaches to address the needs and challenges of my learners and clients.
Currently, I am working as a content creator, trainer and pedagogue for companies, associations and public organisms.
Additionally, I do StandUp Comedy and have a podcast radio show where I share my insights and experiences on topics
I trully believe in, such as social identity, motivation and influence, always using humor and storytelling.
More and more, I work as a caster and speaker for big events.
